August 2008 - We found the Super 8 Motel surpassed our expectations. The room was well furnished, comfortable, very very clean.....super quiet. The entire staff was most helpful and accomodating. Our first at a Super 8 but now will definitely be trying one again soon.

August 2008 - After having our 2nd child we have done a lot of visiting and a lot of staying in motels and hotels this summer. We were quite impressed with the Super 8 in Athabasca, we had a Jacuzzi suite (two seperate rooms with a king bed and pull out couch) for less than what we paid for at an Edmonton hotel for a smaller room with less in it. The staff was friendly and accomodating, the room was clean and the jaccuzzi was a big hit with my 6 year old and the 2 mnth old (who took a bath in the pool like tub) it was also nice for mommy to relax in afterwards. There were flat screen t.v.s and movie channels were included (cable t.v.) where as most places charge extra. The only thing missing was room service but there was an A & W right next door which worked well.

June 2007 - We requested a non-smoking room. When we arrived, there were none available. Although the desk clerk was friendly and helpful, we changed hotels.
