July 2008 - I stay regularly in Camrose and have stayed in most of the hotels.
The Norseman has polite staff and clean comfortable rooms the beds are soft and comfy and the sheets are good quality too.
The staff have always been pleasant and helpful and I stay with my dog
Milo and am never charged a "pet fee" like some of the other hotels charge as well as there always seems to be a pet friendly room available.
Not like some places where you have to book months in advance for one of to rooms that allow pets. The pet rooms are regular rooms nice and clean not run down and filthy and stained like some other hotels.
The food is okay not bad for a hotel. And way less expensive than some of the other big players in Camrose, I have stayed in the more expensive hotels too and they are not nearly as nice.

February 2008 - My grandfather's birthday was held at the Norseman and the service was amazing. The room we were in was spotlessly clean and very nicely decorate. I recently stayed at the hotel as well and I was just as pleased with it. The employees were very gracious and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to anybody staying in Camrose.

March 2007 - I have stayed at the Norsemen many time. Each time I stay I enjoy it more. The staff in every department are wonderful. They will bend over backwards to help you. My room is always spotless and if you need anything, just pick up the phone and they are there to help you. The restaurant has good service and food!

October 2006 - This was my second stay and it remains excellent. Rooms are spotless, cleaning staff very helpful, the cafe serves very tasty food and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. In my opinion, there is a great deal of effort going into keeping this hotel both clean and friendly.
I did not rate security below because I paid no attention to it. After all, this is Camrose, Alberta, a very safe and friendly community.
