| "Family Orientatedand Friendly Staff" |

by Shannon (from Lloydminster) July 2008 - We had a great experience at this hotel! We are a family of 5 with small children and had a beautiful suite with lots of space and comfort! There was a king sized bed and hide-a-bed in one room and another smaller room with a double sized bed. The price was very affordable $169 which is less then hotels with two double beds when the 5th person has to sleep on the floor!! The staff was very friendly and courteous! The also serve a complimentary breakfast which wasn't suppose to be open until 6:30am but was ready well before 6 am for those people who had to leave earlier in the day. We considered extending our trip an extra day because this hotel was very comfortable and enjoyable. They also have a indoor pool and hot tub which is always a must when travelling with children! We definately will stay here again!

by Mary (from Camrose) March 2008 - The Best Western Hotel in Red Deer is easily accessible from both the QE2 Highway and Highway 11. There are several hotels in that area so they are not hidden from view! Our check-in was pleasantly handled, and efficient, with no problems arising from our on-line reservation. We were pleased to receive a south-facing room because the rooms on the other side are not that far from the highway. The room was spacious, and came equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, as well as the usual complimentary coffee. Heating often seems to be noisy and hard to control in some hotels, but that was not the case in our room. If there was one negative aspect to our stay, it was the quality of the television . The sound and picture were both poor. Hmmm- is it needing replacement by an HDTV?? The room rate is mid-range, but even that is more affordable because of the complimentary breakfast served daily.

| "Not the Best." |

by michael (from St Albert) December 2007 - My Wife and I stayed at the Best western Inn & Suites on the 28th December 2007, We had a 1st floor room. it was OK but showing signs of wear, paint peeling off in the bathroom, rusty screws in the shower rod, and the coffee jug had a loose handle. there was a honking great lamp shinning through the window where the curtains didnt quite close properly. but all in all it ws a pleasent stay.
