August 2007 - Me and my wife went for an interview in Westlock on Aug 2, 2007. We stayed one night at Highway Inn, Westlock. There was very good customer service as well as room service system. We would recommend to anybody to choose Highway motor Inn.

December 2006 - Rooms for a graduation were booked one month in advance and the manager called and cancelled all the rooms less than one week before graduation. He was not willing to acommodate in any way. We are very angry...people were coming all the way from calgary.

November 2006 - I booked 5 rooms to stay at this Inn over a month in advance. Days before the reservation date a woman left a voice message on my cell phone stating that the hotel was having heating problems so my reservations were cancelled. She did not leave a phone number. I called the Inn and the manager notified me that they had over booked. I am outraged that they would have lied to me, that they did not appoligize, and that they are to incompitent to make a simple reservation.
