| "Fascinating little museum" |

June 2008 - This museum was a fascinating stop while in Banff. Not only did it have numerous displays of the region's native animals and birds - many of which visitors hear about but don't get to always see in the wild - it was also a step back in time and was like visiting a 1920s museum with some of the displays dating from the late 1880s. The multitude of animals was probably the most interesting part - we were visiting from England and many of North America's animals are unfamiliar so it was nice to see them up close and in life size.
