| "Quiet, clean and cheap" |

September 2007 - I have stayed at about 10 campgrounds in British Columbia and Alberta and this was the cheapest and best value for money. We were looking for a campground between Calgary and the Montana, USA boarder and this stop off was perfect. About one and a half hours drive from Calgary, the Centennial Park Campground is set back off the main highway in the town. This was a definite bonus as it made the campground quiet even though it was only two minutes from the main highway. It is small with about 15 hookups for RVs and a general soft grass area for tents with water and picnic benches. The toilet and shower block is very well kept, modern and clean and the showers were included in the extremely reasonable price. There is also an outdoor but undercover kitchen area with large open sinks and a seating area. The people looking after the campground were very friendly and helpful. We liked the place so much we stayed there on our drive down to Montana and on the way back to Calgary.
