August 2007 - When we got there our room was very nice. But the second day, after we came back to the room we were very disapointed. The one bed was not made, both beds had the pillows on top of the bed. There was hair all over the bathroom floor. And, the rug was dirty. I left a note about our concerns at the hotel. I do not believe that I would tell my friends to stay at this hotel.

February 2007 - Overall our stay at the Comfort Inn Lethbridge was good. The rooms and facilities were quite satisfactory.
Front desk service was very good and quite helpful.
The morning continental breakfast was very good.
Housekeeping was a little disappointing. One day our room was not even cleaned and beds made. Several times (3) I had to go to the front desk and request glasses as none were left by housekeeping. A couple of days the rug was not cleaned. The bathroom fan was very noisy and in need of cleaning.
I would recommend this facility to friends
