February 2008 - Guido N Wong looks like a small, unassuming little “Mom & Pop” restaurant. We went in to get a quick bite to eat. The décor is very sparse and the tables are small but practical. The interior was clean but older and a bit dingy. The staff were friendly, but quite busy with takeout orders. We ordered some iced teas and checked out the menu. The menu selection was good. They had everything from Chinese food to pastas. We settled on ginger beef , mixed vegetables and crispy spring rolls. Our food came within a reasonable amount of time and it was good. We wanted refills on the iced teas but there was no wait staff in sight. We ate about half of it and took the rest to go. We went to pay the bill which came to about $34 and had to wait over 5 minutes while the two working staff packed up takeout orders. I would recommend this restaurant, but only for the food. Perhaps next time we will order takeout rather than dine-in.
