| "Friendly and helpful" |

August 2007 - This is a great gym! I have been a member since 2004 and I really cannot say enough good things about Pro Bodies. The name is a bit intimidating but the staff dispel that feeling right away. Most gym-goers are greeted by name at the door (the staff here really do their best to make you feel welcome). The equipment is a bit on the old side but it all works, and if you don't know how to use something just ask, and a staff member will be more than happy to give you a hand. Since we all know that the gym can be a scary place, a friendly smile sure makes it much easier!
