| "An expanse of lights" |

December 2007 - Most observation towers/wheels/etc are worth the trip just for the different perspectives they give and the Calgary Tower is no exception. I went at night (thanks to my employer holding the office Christmas party there!) and dinner above the expanse of Calgary lights was beautiful. And the glass floor is quite a psychological trip - stepping out on it is eerie, even for those who love heights! Go...and be bold!

| "Not just for tourists" |

November 2007 - For a different perspective of Calgary, go up to the Calgary Tower and enjoy views of downtown Calgary and the Rockies far in the horizon. I had never been up to the tower in all my years of living in this city until now, but it is definitely worth the trip.
Stepping on the glass floor is quite the experience. I would love to go at night.
