January 2007 - We recently took a cab from the airport to our house. The driver took the longest route possible. Once we arrive in front of out house, instead of turning off the meter then parking, he kept the meter running while he proceeded to maneuver the car into a parking spot. He was trying to nickel and dime us. Considering the service, I wasn't about to leave a tip. I gave him my credit card and signed the bill. A few weeks later when I got my credit card statement, I noticed he tacked on another $5.00 for himself!!! I phoned the company and got the run around for the last few weeks. Now they are just ignoring my messages.

| "Incredibly awful service" |

December 2006 - Awful service. I was harassed by the driver because I did not have a Canadian driver's license on me. All I had was a Canadian passport, which did not suffice because it did not contain a current address. What if I was not from this province? What if I did not have a driver's license? I refuse to be treated with such disrespect. I would never let anyone I know get into a cab that is Advance. Extremely poor people skills, and an even ruder attitude when I asked for the driver's license number. He was quick to slam the door and drive off before I could report a license plate number.
