July 2008 - After some bad experiences with so called “contractors” for a basement development, I found Great Owl Renovations.
Great Owl was everything a renovations company should be to their customers: They were knowledgeable, on time, and they sent the right people for the different jobs to be completed. Most importantly, the final cost was exactly what the quote was. No bad surprises, excellent follow up and each and every one of my emails were answered within the hour!
I only keep one phone number for my future renovation needs and I strongly recommend them to anyone.

July 2007 - We could not have been happier with our overall experience with Great Owl Renovations Inc. We were under time constraints due to a family reunion and they bent over backwards to ensure that everything was done on time. We were more than happy with the work and have just hired them again to help with a new kitchen and other improvements in our new home.
