| "Wrong color" |

January 2007 - Beautiful Bride ordered my wedding dress in the wrong color (ivory instead of white) and when I called about it, all I got was a 'sorry, you removed the dress, nothing we can do.' I was so upset.
After running around, I managed to get everything changed (table linens, tux shirts, etc) since ivory next to white looks dirty and yellowed.
I was VERY unhappy with them for not even offering anything other than an apology for THEIR mistake.
The service was good previous to this and they do have a fairly good selection of dresses. But if you buy a dress from them, be POSITIVE they have ordered it in the correct color BEFORE you leave the store.

It really is too bad that unnamed bride can tell a story that is not true. I do know this bride, as she and I spoke about her gown and have NEVER had another incident like it. I also checked our order to see if we did make a mistake, and found that she received the exact gown she had ordered. We have this brides signature beside the color of the dress before it was ordered on a contract. We always go over with the Bride, dress number, size, and color then she signs the contract. She latter came and picked up the gown and was thrilled with it, and again signed her name showing that everything about the gown was in good condition and was what she had ordered before removing it from the store. We have the contracts!!! The bride then had the gown for 2 months, and in that time had it altered. It was after that time that she called and said the gown was the wrong color. The gown that was ordered for her was exactly like the sample gown that she tried on, which looks almost white, so I think that she thought it was white. We have her signiture on the order form showing this is what she ordered.
