I have never visited a better salon. The staff was beyond helpful, courteous and friendly and my hair has never looked or felt better. It's not like the typical salon that is full of pretentious stylists that have no clue what they're doing. I have never felt so welcomed in a place of business before. They consult thoroughly and explain what they're doing ever step of the way. I'll never go any where else

| "Looking for a new hair dresser" |

November 2007 - I am new to Calgary and was desparately looking for a new hair dresser and salon when I came across the Elaments Website. The website was quite impressive and gave the business a good impression. But don't let yourself be fooled like I was. I am not a fussy client and I can fairly say that this was the worst colour I have ever recieved. Brush strokes were clearly visible in my hair and it could only be parted in one direction as to avoid them being seen (recommendation of the hair dresser). Needless to say, I have not returned to the salon and waited until I returned home for a visit before risking a visit to another new hair salon. I am so incredibly disappointed with the results of my hair and the service that I am dreading looking once again for a salon in Calgary.
