December 2006 - My husband and I got engaged at this hotel, spent our first night as a married couple here and recently went back for our one year anniversary. Each time we stay, we are always extremely impressed by there sevice and our room. Our last time there was the best yet. When we arrived, we found that we had been put in a smoking room and there were no others available in the same style. We asked if we could have one of there Jucuzzi suite and we would pay the difference (the night stay was a gift from our parents, so we were going to cover the difference). When all was said and done they had given us the upgrade for free. Although there was one mix-up when we went to pay, as they informed us that there was no credit card authorization form on file and that they could not charge my mothers credit card for this, my mother called and they ended up taking an additional amount off of our bill.
I have heard that there are nicer Sheratons than this in other major cities, but I have always been impressed with the service provided here. The staff always manages to make you feel welcome and important. We will return again and again!
