October 2007 - 1.Rooms are not that clean and there was cigarette burns all over the carpet.
2.Room next to us had partiers all night swearing and pushing going on. We didn't get to sleep until 4 a.m.
3.Plumbing noise from other rooms was unbearable.
4.Mattresses were old and very uncomfortable.
5.I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone.
6.No discount for medical visits to the Foothills Hospital.
7.Complained to the front desk the next morning and they said they would be there within an hour. We left before that.
8.No discount offered for our inconvenience.

February 2007 - Disappointing. We're familiar with other Ramada Inn Hotels, and this one is definitely not on par.

November 2005 - This hotel was unclean; the room cleaners did not properly clean the room, in fact they did not bother to clean the bathroom every day. The bathroom toiletries were not replenished when empty, and when we asked the room cleaner to do so, they were very reluctant to replace soaps, etc. The room smelled terribly and we found large bugs crawling around.
Also, this hotel permits people that have substance abuse problems and street people to rent their rooms. Many nights there were drug deals going on in the back parking lot, and the police attended on several occasions.
Lastly, the front desk staff seem indifferent when dealing with any concerns that customers have, and don't seem to care about the safety of their customers.
