| "Very satisfied about Alldrive Calgary" |

July 2008 - In Januari 2008 we (my wive and I from the Netherlands) rented via internet a 29 foot RV to be used for three weeks in July. We were very well informed about the price at a reduced rates for early booking, although Alldrive was the first RV rental company that had an RV available for July. Contacts by email were easy; quick replies, adequate answers. Some month before July we received a package with touristic information of Alberta and British Columbia.
Delivery at Saturday extended beyond closure time but was done quietly, friendly and adequately.
During our trip we had some questions about the ranch where Alldrive could make a reservation for us, and again, we got instantenous a respons to all my questions by email.
Return procedure was quick and friendly.
For me it was clear that the atmosphere between the employees was very good and helpful towards the customers.
Transfer from an to the airport was well organised without waiting times.
Negative points: the liquid gas tank was empty at delivery. The curtain closing the view into the motorhome through the front window did not fit and had to secured with some heavy things, like books. The provided blanket and sleeping bag were clean but rather worn out.
General judgement: Excellent company which gave me a lot of thrust in willing to please the customer.

| "RV without proper conditions for rental" |

October 2007 - On thanksgiving weekend (the Canadian one) I rented a camperized van (Sprinter) from Alldrive.
The problems with the rv were:
- sliding door was not opening from the inside, the only way out of the van was through the driver and passenger doors.
- the pump that removes gray water and sewage was not functioning
- gray water tank was full and there was no way to empty it.
- washroom was dirty ( I found three used soaps in it and sheet in the vase)
- the engine had a constant warning about something wrong with the oil (I checked the level and it seemed OK).
