July 2007 - I’ve been to allot of fine restaurants in Calgary. I have also had the privilege of dinning at Capo. I would have to say I highly recommend Capo due to its exceptional service as well as its authentic taste. From my experience I think Capo definitely does rank in the top 3 and is well worth the experience. I do allot of traveling and therefore, I take allot of my company work with me. Anyhow anyone I’ve talked to about Capo has always agreed it is a great restaurant to visit and therefore I recommend it.

August 2006 - I went to Capo after reading all the reviews, sceptical that no place could live up to its reputation. But the reviewers have got it right! The most amazing food, good service, and one of the most cutting-edge but beautiful dining rooms that was totally unexpected when walking in. Everything was perfect from my Bolognese filled ravioli with crispy sage to the Warm dark chocolate cake with banana-caramel ice-cream. The tablesettings were gorgeous (I loved the unique cutlery) and the presentation was as mind-blowing as the food. I left fully satisfied with my faith restored in restaurant critics - for the moment anyway.
