August 2007 - We read about Bumpys and decided to give it a try. It was busy but the staff got everyone their orders as quickly as possible. My wife had a BLT and I ordered chili; both were great.

August 2007 - After sticking around for a short time (1 hour), while sipping my coffee and quickly checking my email via Bumpy's free internet service, I was rudely asked to leave, because, according to the busboy, lunches get busy and I was "in the way". I will never return to that cafe, and I don't recommend it to anyone. Just because they have fast service doesn't give them the right to be rude and insulting.

July 2007 - Bumpy's has the best espresso in the city, using outstanding beans from Big Mountain Coffee. Barista skill is superlative- a traditional cappuccino with a beautiful rosetta is a rare experience in this town, but it happens every day at Bumpy's. Recent offer of single-origin espressos is a great feature. Bumpy's is also the only place in Alberta stocking 49th Parallel coffee beans in addition to Big Mountain. Food and bakery are both excellent too- only complaint? Not open Sundays or evenings.

June 2007 - My favourite place in Calgary for coffee! The coffee is great and the paninis are very tasty. I love the atmosphere and decor. My only complaint is the limited parking.
