February 2009 - I really enjoy Applebee's. I am a regular and contuinuely receive amazing service. I love most people there and will continue to go every week.
I highly recommend trying it, especially with all the new management!

November 2006 - Applebees has been the restaurant I go to when I can’t think of anywhere else to go, so I have been here quite a few times. I’ve kept going back because I like the food but my last two or three visits have been progressively worse and I doubt I’ll be back! During my last visit, the tables, chairs and floor were filthy; I received my order long after everyone at my table; my food was cold; and the service was terrible! Being busy is no excuse to provide bad food and service.
I thought I could give them a chance to improve but after that third consecutive bad experience, I will not be back.

September 2006 - I realize that there are presently lots of jobs in this city and businesses are having a hard time retaining employees but Applebee’s HAS GOT to get rid of some of their staff.
We went there, were seated, waited and waited.... Finally some other customers were seated and a table behind us and were asked what they wanted to drink immediately I though for sure that we would then be noticed and asked as well, but nothing. It took me going up to the front desk and waiting (almost 5 minutes) for someone to notice me and then I asked if we could be served.
We finally were asked if we'd like anything to drink and ordered our food (which was only appetizers) at the same time.
It took another 20 minutes to get our food and it was then cold.
I know of people who like this place but would like them to explain to me why as I never get good service there.... go back as I am convinced by someone that they had great service ane food the last time they were there I go hoping for the best but am again disappointed.

August 2006 - I go to this resturant all the time and I can just say it has the most amazing food ever. Its finger lickin good. I stongly recomend it.

I go hear when with ball teams, thats it. This is only because they have a big patio
Greasy food, Everything on the menu is deep fried.
The place is dirty and feels like a teenagers basement room.
If you go here, stick to drinking beer and go get some takeout on the way home.
Ive been there 1/2 dozen times in the past 5 years, it never changes.
O,,, and if its your birthday never tell them. They will sing to you and then hit you in the face with a plate full of whipped cream. NO LIE.. I saw a woman storm out crying after they did this. I cant belive that this is even legal. Someone should take this place down for doing that.
