| "Terrible Service" |

April 2008 - I went shopping Friday during the day to look for bridesmaid dresses for my girls. We did not once get greeted or acknowledged by any of the 3 workers we saw in there. There were 2 sales staff tending to one girl. Finally when we were fed up and decided to leave one lady approaced rudely and asked very fast if we needed any help. I told her what i was looking for but didnt know the name of the supplier, and snubbed that she has to know this and then she can help! Honestly if you are going to throw out there that you've been serving brides for over 30 years and to put an ad out that you have exceptional service, that might need to be changed. I find it hard to spend money at a business where it isnt welcome. I do NOT recommend any bride to be or bridesmaid to shop there, unless you want to be ignored and not need help.
