| "Did not deliver what ordered" |

May 2008 - We had placed an order for a very specific table arrangement for a an important event which was not delivered as requested. Therefore, the floral arrangement ended up being useless as it did not fit the decor. When the florist was approached there was no ownership on the florist's part to accept that they did not deliver what we had specifically asked for. We would not use their services again.
