March 2006 - The sales associates at this Zara are not very helpful. I like the clothes that Zara carries but I rarely go in because I always receive poor customer service. A friend of mine bought a really cute dress and I was hoping to track down something similar. A manager and a sales associate were at the till with their backs to me, I waited for a bit assuming they would turn around at some point, well, they didn't. So I asked if I could get some help. The manager (who you think would be embarrassed about this) just looked annoyed. The sales associate came over and I described the dress quite well and she pretty much pointed me in the direction that she thought it 'might' be in. I had already had wandered around and couldn't find the dress, THAT is why I asked. Needless to say I walked out and now I don't venture into Zara very often. I would rather go somewhere else where they want to help customers.
