September 2008 - I've read and heard a lot about this boutique and finally checked it out. The store itself is pretty cool, with a variety of unique fashions and accessories. I especially liked the purses available. The vibe is '40s and '50s, pin-up/rockabilly styles and fashions. Be sure and check out the upstairs section for clearance items-really good prices.

May 2008 - I recently went to check out Blame Betty after hearing about all the cool stuff they have. They do indeed have some nice stuff but not nice staff. Upon entering the store and spending 15 minutes or so browsing through their products, not once was I or my friend greeted or acknowledged in any way, unless you count glaring as acknowledgment. Oh well, no biggie. I saved my money and spent it at a store that employed friendly staff instead.

July 2007 - I absolutely love this store and have for a number of years. I have been BIG into skulls since a trip to Boston 4 years ago, and Blame Betty has LOADS of skull-themed fashions. I love the retro-style clothing, the shoes are awesome, the staff is fabulous..... I will admit, it's not the cheapest store around - and it does share similarities with at least two other stores in the area - one of which often has the exact same items for at least 1/3 more. So, Blame Betty is in the middle price-wise, but definitely has much more stock than its competitors. If you're up for something a little different and you have some extra cash - this is the store for you!

September 2006 - Blame Betty is one cool store. Located on trendy 17th avenue, Blame Betty carries Betty Page-esque type clothes (voluptuous 1950s pin-up) that has the same edge that Page was known for. There are the cutest cowboy shirts here that I haven't bought, yet, but will be soon. I need to save up because the prices are not cheap here. But they are not cheap for a reason: things are hand-made. Shirts and dresses seem really well made with high-quality fabric. You know these clothes will last. There are skulls everywhere here. Even a shirt that has cherries upon a closer look reveals that the cherries are skulls. Shoes and other accessories are also found here. Staff always seem friendly too.
