February 2008 - My first time in the store...not only did they have everything on sale, the salesperson was extremely helpful and honest without being overbearing. Will be back for sure!

March 2007 - I was not impressed by the costomer service at all......... very shady return policy! I spent a lot of money and wanted to return one item....... they gave me the run around for ever .... telling me they can't do a return only store credit....... and only when the owner is there....... I went back about 4 times becaues they said he would be there and guess what he never was.......... I never did get my return... money .... nothing but a huge headache!
