January 2008 - My wife and I used Simply Irresistible to sell our home in Sherwood Park. Our realtor, who saw the home both before and after Jill said she would have listed it for $40,000 less if it had not been staged. We got our price, money well invested, and in fact used Simply Irresistible a year later to sell the condo we had moved into with similar results. The only caution is that she makes the home look so good, you have second thoughts about moving.
