April 2007 - It's a very nice Hotel. It was unfortunate that when we stayed over the Easter weekend, nothing seemed to work in the Hotel. The Pool was ice cold, made the kids turn blue, the hottub, jaccuzzi was not working and was very dirty inside, at least if its not working, clean the scum out of the bottom. The movie satelite system was down due to upgrading (on Easter weekend?) Come on......for $180.00/night for a suite, I expected alot more. NO one told us when we checked in that the pool was not working, or the movie channels. Also I have left a message for the Front Office Manager and he has not returned my call yet. Needless to say to keep the kids entertained, we ended up going to the Mall which costed more money. So as far as value, this Hotel is too much.
