August 2007 - I recently stayed with Regal and found my suite to be great value, service was awesome and the place was superb. I want to thank Kathy for helping me choose the two bedroom for when my kids visited.

June 2007 - i booked on line only to find the deluxe aprtment had no air conditioning(85 degrees in room), not given parking pass ( parked outside at own expense 2 days) only one elevator working in building. Asked to move to another property next day, was assured air and parking being taken care of. No one from office would call me back so i made an emergency call and was connected to the manager and we agreed i would just leave and no charge would result. That week they billed me 2670.00 on my card. After repeated calls and emails, the manager syas the bill will stand. I stayed there from june 6 to june 8. I wouldnt stay at any of there properties. I am staying at the Coast Edmonton House. Great place, Great people.
