August 2007 - Some b/b are better than others! Sad to say yours was not better. Yes, you do have all the amenities listed at this site, but they were never shown to or offered to us. The room we stayed in didn't even have the basic needs. No clock, radio, tissue, garbage pail or ample closet space. The closets were full of the owners clothes. There wasn't any hand soap in the bathroom and we slept across fom the owners who's tv we could hear into the night. We were awakened at 7 am by the young childs crying and then informed that he slept in....he usually gets up at 5 am!!! After a continental breakfast of day old bagels and margarine we were told that the owners were having friends over that evening for a birthday party. The only room we could relax in and watch some evening tv was now party central.
This b/b was neither exquisite or on whyte ave.
