July 2007 - As most readers, I don't mind paying a bit more to get quality food. This place is way too expensive for what you get. The bottle of beer that we ordered had an expiration date, and it was expired. When we ask the waiter, he refused to change it. So we asked to talk to the manager, and more than half an hour later a girl came out to tell us that they were aware of the expiration date. (So they knew and they were still serving it!) They would not change it for another make.

April 2007 - The food here is sunsational. I love Portuguese food ! Im surprised that in edmonton Spago is the ONLY Portuguese restaurant. This is a jem. The food is very flavorable, excellent portions. Im Portuguese....Im proud that they have authenticiy items that anyone can try. My reccomendation is the Fisherman's Plate ! Parabems!

April 2007 - I m voting Spago as best food and service. I had my daughters birthday party here and I had a great experience. The food is reasonably priced and the hospitality is warm and inviting. Carla was our server, only then to find out she was the owners daughter...you go girl. We had great food..waited a little but they had a full house..understood. I hightly reccomend this little cozy restaurant to any Family (they will even babysit). thank you all.
