September 2007 - My mom and I visited the Kelseys location in Sherwood Park for lunch on Thursday. The food was fantastic. I am not the biggest Kelseys fan, but the experince was actually great. The selection on their lunch menu is actually quite big, with a variety of choices. Their lunch menu has a 15 minute guarantee or its free. We both ordered the burger with the onion rings on it (I forget the name of it), and our meals were out within about 10 minutes. The salad it comes with is very small, but the burger was so huge, it didn't really matter. It was a great burger! Juicy, cheesy, crunchy - it was sooo good. Neither of us could finish. The price was average, $10.50 each, not inluding beverage. The service was great as well; friendly and efficient. For lunch, I would recommend this Kelseys to anyone.

April 2007 - My spouse and I visited the Kelseys located on 137 Ave in April, 2007 to watch a Canadian hockey playoff game and eat some dinner, we were completly disgusted with the service that we received. Our waitress was lazy, slow, not observant and did not order our meals properly. We asked 2 different waitresses to change one of the televisions to the Canadian game and neither of them did (defeating the reason why we went there in the first place). After 45 minutes of waiting for our dinner that consisted of vegetables that were not cooked and steaks that were obviously mixed up, we ate what we could and explained to the waitress what had happened. Very little was done until I spoke with the manager myself. He offered to take care of our bill after I had explained how terrible the experience had been. I will never visit a Kelsey's restaurant again because of this incidence.
