April 2007 - Oodle Noodle Box is a good choice if you are looking for a fun take-out meal. There is a list of Asian dishes to choose from that the chef prepares in front of you. When I ordered food from Oodle Noodle Box the restaurant was busy but the cooks were efficient and I did not have to wait very long for my order. The best part about the meal is eating from the authentic Hollywood Chinese-style take-out box. The value for your money is quite good. On average I would say a meal is about $7.50, and the take-out boxes seem to hold quite a lot of food. There are tables inside the restaurant but the area is quite small and crowded; not the nicest place for a sit-down dinner. The décor and atmosphere is not this restaurant’s best feature. But, I would recommend Oodle Noodle Box to anyone who is looking for a bit to eat while meandering along Whyte Ave.
