January 2008 - I am no stranger to Indian food. Maurya Palace has by far been the Best experience to date The food is much fresher on their buffet you can tell that it has not been sitting out their for 2+ hours in the steam table or reheats from the previous night. Their are no pools of fat floating on their curry. You can really tell that they love what they are doing here. Two Big thumbs up!
