November 2007 - After sleeping the morning away, because of a middle-of-the-night flight that even then was delayed, we needed the first meal of the day. Our choice was to go to The Gazebo restaurant which is in the Executive Royal Inn where we were staying. Being too late for the breakfast menu, we chose the buffet rather than a menued item. What a good choice! A diner is able to pull together a brunch type of meal for the first meal of the day, even if it is already 1:00 pm. The room was quite full when we arrived at the end of the noon hour which is often a good indication of its popularity. Every part of the buffet that was sampled was fresh, cooked well, and provided lots of variety. I don't usually have dessert for breakfast, but the two-level display was too tempting. The room was clean, but is starting to have that tired look that is common with buildings which have been around for awhile.
