May 2007 - Tried to book room, then to get a confirmation # and in 2 minutes the Reservation desk could not find the reservation.
Booked it again, and then when I arrived the confirmation # of the 2nd booking was not valid.
How could an organization like Holiday Inn have such problems with a room reservation system ??
Attendant also did not speak English well, should this not be a prerequisite for this job ??

I am sorry for this misunderstanding, however there is not much information for me to inverstigate this matter any further, such as date of incident, person you talked to at each time, your name. Was the problem resolved and did you get a room even without a comfirmation number.
