July 2007 - I called to reserve a room for the week-end, which was unavailable by the way, the receptionnist was very rude, very abrupt response, "No, No rooms, ok bye!" and then proceeded to hang up on me... I would say that if their service over the phone was this uninviting, I wouldnt recommend this motel to anyone and ive never even been there.

March 2007 - This place should be shut down due to the lack of POLITE customer service representatives. The staff is so rude. They don't know how to say hello or good bye for that matter, they just say nope and hang up. Good job on the excellent customer service I received. Way to go gang!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also I won't even talk about the cleanliness of the rooms. The front desk "lady" told me to change my own sheets if they weren't clean enough fro me after someone else had slept in them!!!!!
