November 2008 - I've eaten here numerous times and have only ever gotten their steak sub, which is delicious! It is by far one of their most popular items and eveyone in town knows about them! They come on a nice submarine bun, either 6" or 12", with lots of thinly sliced beef, thinly sliced onions and their special sauce, which I guess is a medley of mayo and butter, but I could be wrong. Whatever it is, it makes the sub! You can also get fries, and of course, pizza, but I stick with the sub everytime! This location is only open limited hours during the lunch hour period, so it can get very busy. You can always call in your order for pick up before, if not, expect to wait for 20 minutes or more. They are expanding to a larger location soon, and hopefully they'll have more seating as this one only has 2 tables. Go for the subs!

July 2007 - I guess that Eastside has been a local favourite for years so I decided to give a try on a recent visit to Bathurst. I was told to get the steak sub and I also got poutine. Both were very good and I can now understand why everyone raves about them.
