| "Poor customer service" |

August 2007 - We[4 Adults] stopped in here for supper and since we had done this many times before, we were very disapointed with the service and quality of the food. The waitress had been on the job 4 days but I am sure was not trained as to how you treat customers.
When asked anything she replied, 'don't know' and never bothered to find out even when we insisted in knowing.
I have severe allergies and this was important to me so I ordered something I really didn't want but knew it to be safe for me. Another person asked about the chicken and she just shrugged her shoulders and said 'I guess'.
We asked for the lighter side meals but when they came they were full size meals. We asked about this too and she said the cook did it.
We were never spoken to again concerning our meal, whether we would like more cold water or hot water for our tea. My husband had to go to the main area and ask for milk, only, for our tea and she gave us cream, so he went back again and stated again what he wanted and also that we had no cutlery all the while our meals are sitting on the table.
