August 2006 - Time and again Rollie's pleases. I have to say 2006 was our least favouite year and it was still excellent. This is NOT a gourmet restuarant but if you'e looking for a good feed of maritime seafood and excellent service, this is the place to go. They serve lobster the way it is meant to be eaten and not covered with too much sauce in an attempt to disguise the absence of lobster. Be sure to go on a Thursday night in the summer if you can because they have a "jam night" of sorts where locals show up with fiddles, drums, guitars and whatever they can carry in for some of the best impromptu Cape Breton entertainment you will hear on the island!!!!
