July 2007 - Make sure you confirm your room before you get there...they gave mine away without even notifying me, even though I had given them my phone number. The woman was nice on the phone at first, but quickly turned mean. She said that someone else had cancelled my reservation by email. Why would she let someone else cancel my reservation without notifying me?
