May 2007 - I ate at the restaurant and the pub while staying town and I was very impressed. The service was prompt and friendly, despite how swamped they were in the pub one night. I had a Greek salad one day and the Cesare the next and both were very good and large portions. My friend has the chef salad and it was loaded with ham, chicken, cheese and egg and she was very happy with it. They have yam fries here and I highly recommend them. I can't remember the menu completely now, but it offered a lot of variety. The chef is renowned in the town for being a good cook when we mentioned our experience to others. The atmosphere is very casual.
