July 2008 - As part of our stay at the Super 8 Cranbrook, we received a free two-topping pizza from Domino's Pizza. Two toppings just didn't seem like enough, so when we ordered, we added two more toppings and we ended up with a pepperoni, mushroom, feta and fresh tomato pizza. When I ordered, the guy on the phone was very friendly and asked if we wanted tomatoes added to the pizza after it was cooked and I said yes. We also ordered some honey garlic wings.
When the pizza and wings arrived it had only been about 20 minutes! Very fast service! We settled in to have our feast and noticed that they had forgotten to add the tomatoes after all, but the pizza was still really good.... surprising since I usually don't overly enjoy Domino's. The wings were also surprising since they were actually good. They did not use the typical honey garlic sauce found in most restaurants. Instead they used a sauce that actually had little chunks of garlic in it and was quite tasty. The wings were drenched in the sauce and they came with some ranch dip.
Overall the entire experience of eating at Domino's Cranbrook was enjoyable. I like being surprised and it was even better that we basically got a free pizza by just staying at the Super 8!
