September 2008 - The Horse Thief Creek Pub and Eatery in Radium has everything you need on site. As well as the restaurant they have a gift shop and liquor store.
The menu is quite extensive and they even serve up hearty breakfasts every day until 2:00p.m.
My partner and I started off with sharing a delicious and fresh tasting ceasar salad and the garlic toast was irresistible. I decided on the Bourbon Street Ribs and my dining mate ordered the New Yorker Steak. He said it was one of the best he'd ever had and it was char broiled to perfection. He raved about the delicious peppercorn sauce like gravy and the yummy mushrooms that topped the steak. My pork ribs were a disappointment, as there was not much meat on the bones. We both ordered the baked potato and the yummy vegetable of the day which were fresh and perfectly cooked carrots.
The service was great and we will definitely try them again.
