December 2006 - I've been meaning to write you and tell you how nice your drivers are, and what prompt service you give. But, yesterday, you left me in the lurch twice. I called
for a cab at 2 pm, and, after waiting half an hour, took the bus. Then I called from
McCallum Medical tower at 6:40 pm and by 7:20 pm no one had showed up. When I
called to see why, there was no record and I was asked if I had called Central Valley by mistake. If I had, they would have shown up. I told the girl to forget it and I called Central Valley. After 5 minutes one of your cabs showed up. I told him to go as I had called Central. As he was leaving, Central pulled up and I was happy to have him take me home. I have used your cabs a lot, but I won't be using them
anymore. From now on, I'm calling Central Valley Taxi.
