March 2007 - This park has now been totaly logged below at the gate and at It's summit. This makes trail acess very dangous and/or impossible. As well, the gates to the lake and parking lot perminintly locked. Thanks City of Abbotsford B.C.
P.S. Its been like this for 3 years now, Check Google Earth.
Rumor has it a nother graval pit just got aproved.
That aside it still has the BEST view of the fraser valley from the summit (overlooking chilliwack)
and the WEST from about 3/4 up. Can see all the way to Vancouver Island on a good day, and count the bridges along the fraser river to vancouver. AMAZING at night,If your so lucky.
