| "The worst in history" |

April 2007 - recently i went to this salon to get a massage. i waited for one hour for the owner to show up and she finally did. i was so angry that i asked for a refund because she was late and she treated me horribly. i got a partial refund minus a cancellation fee of $35 because i decided not to go through with the massage. i couldnt believe it. how can a business be run like this. terrible!!!!

I have tried to accomodate this woman on numerous occasions and trying to please this person was apparently not within my ability. We are a pleasant and well respected salon and spa. The facts here are;
She was an hour early for her first appt.
She cancelled that before the appointment time
I also accomodated this woman for a second appt.by opening the whole shop on a Sunday ( not a regular business day)
A full refund was given by us to the client for both the cancelled appointments.
It is a shame that honest businesses can be attacked globally by dishonest claims!

| "Over and Above." |

April 2007 - My wedding day was up and coming quickly and I had all most everything on my list checked off, last minute I lost my hairdresser- 3 days to the date!! Aura spa found me a hair dresser to come in at 7am, 3 days notice, to do my hair. My make up turned out spectacular (that was already originally booked with them) and the owner went over and above and made my most important day so great and stress free.
