June 2008 - While staying one night at the Best Western Rainbow Country Inn we decided to visit the Coffee Mill Bistro for our early morning breakfast. This bistro opens at 5:30am and offers a full breakfast selection at a reasonable price. It was tucked away in a corner of the hotel but I was pleasantly surprised that it was a quaint looking diner. Our server was very friendly and our food arrived quickly. I ordered the omelet special which you could get with either sausage, ham or bacon. It was prepared well and tasted very good. The portion was large enough that I had trouble finishing it. This special also came with bottom-less coffee and toast. I opted for the sourdough toast. My dining partners ordered the same special and were equally satisfied. It wasn't too busy when we first arrived but got quite busy as we were leaving. Because we stayed at the hotel, we were all given a discount voucher to use at this bistro.
