December 2007 - Seven Sushi in Chilliwack is the absolute BEST place we've ever eaten. My husband was one of the first customers on their opening day and we've been going there up to three times a week! It is SO delicious, prices are great, staff is wonderful, restaurant is the cleanest we've ever seen, PLUS most importantly, the sushi is so fresh, and a work of art, no other restaurant can ever compare!
If you are a sushi lover, you will definitely recognize the quality of Seven Sushi's food, it'll be your new favorite sushi restaurant, guaranteed! YUM!
I'm including a photo of my most favorite meal, the Seven Salad, it's so healthy and the apple vinaigrette sauce is 'to die for'! Truly a work of art...

November 2007 - On a drive from Vancouver to Calgary, we were wanting something other than fast food and convenience store crud so we popped into this sushi place near our fuel stop. The place was relatively busy with locals for the time of day, the staff was great and the sushi rolls were excellent. Neither its strip-mall location or the interior was very inspiring but the food was - everything we had was exceptional and we wondered why we ever even considered a burger!

October 2007 - Passing through Chilliwack? Then treat yourself to Seven Sushi. So much better then the standard ‘off the highway’ food options. We took a break from a long road trip to get fuel but spotted Seven Sushi behind the gas station. It was late Saturday afternoon so not too busy but there were three other tables occupied. Our server was very patient and helpful as we deliberated over what to order, eventually deciding on Spicy Yakitori, Veggie combo roll with Miso soup and after even more debate Super Special rolls (they threw in a second Miso soup for free so we both had one!). Not only did it taste great but we actually got to watch the chef make up the rolls, which was pretty impressive and the result was food that almost looked too good to eat! Not sure what the atmosphere would be like in the evening, but they had small booths as well as tables out in the open. We saw a toddler accommodated in a high chair and enjoying the Miso soup, another customer bought 'to go', so I would highly recommend a visit if you like sushi.
