November 2006 - An excellent website as martial arts websites go. Very aesthetically designed and easy to navigate. Good pics and videos. Lots of interesting backgound and information on this style of karate. If I lived in Burnaby I would consider attending their adult classes, or at least going there to check them out in person. It looks like they refresh their site quite often as well, which is always nice.
