May 2007 - we arrived later in the evening because of traffic and work, when we got there they put us in a smoking room, even though we had reserved non-smoking, they tried to convince me that I had reserved a smoking room, they eventually moved us to a non smoking room but I had to pay more. I checked my reservation online just to be sure, and I had reserved a non smoking room in the first place so all the hassle of paying more and changing rooms at 11 at night was because they made an error that they never admitted to.
